First Course:  Harvest Salad

Mixed greens, Red Delicious apples, cranberries, red onion, Vermont goat cheese and Pumpernickel croutons served with a side of red wine vinaigrette ($10 a la carte)

 

Second Course:  Blackberry Pork

Pork loin sweet brined and marinated with Dijon mustard and spices, grilled and topped with a blackberry bourbon sauce, plated over rosemary-sweet & golden potato mash and slow braised bacon green beans ($22 a la carte)
