Cucumbers, artichoke hearts, herb roasted marinated tomatoes, mixed olives, red onion and feta cheese over a bed of romaine with an herb vinaigrette $9

 

APRICOT SALMON WITH SAGE PUMPKIN RISOTTO

Herb marinated salmon filet, grilled and finished with an apricot sauce, plated over creamy sage pumpkin risotto, finished with a little goat cheese and truffle vinaigrette dressed baby microgreens $24

Second course:  Noble Vines Merlot (Columbia Valley)
